Rates & Policies

Intake Meeting

• $50 per parent

• Both parents must complete an intake before services begin.

Supervised Visitation Monitoring

• $60 per hour for the first child

• $20 per hour for each additional child

• 2-hour minimum

Custody Exchange Monitoring

• $50 per exchange

• Neutral exchange location arranged by the parties.

Virtual Visitation

• $45 per hour

• Conducted via approved platform

Documentation & Reports

• Visit summaries available upon request

• Detailed reports starting at $75 (when required)

Court Appearance Support

• Starting at $300 (up to 3 hours)

• $100 per additional hour

Payment Policy

Payment is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time unless other arrangements have been approved. Services are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full scheduled service fee. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
